Mark’s backyard birthday session has to be one of my favorites for the year. Not only did I get to just walk out my door and shoot, I got to hangout with two of my very favorite clients AND their new dog! We had a great time chasing the pup, singing, wandering the yard, playing on the slide, and sending the balloons off into the big blue sky (whoops!)… It was a perfect morning!
Mark has been one of my little clients since he was in Mamas belly. Checkout her Frances Slocum maternity session {HERE} Unfortunately right before Mark was born I became very ill and was unable to work, or function for a few months. I was bitten by a tick (oddly enough at Frances Slocum, during Mamas maternity session!) and ended up bed-ridden and in and out of the hospital for a few weeks. I was finally diagnosed with Lyme Meningitis in the ER at Geisinger Wyoming Valley, while I myself was pregnant. It was a traumatic and scary experience. I can’t stress enough how important it is to protect and check yourselves! So long story short I was too ill to do his newborn session, sadly! That didn’t stop us from continuing the last two years capturing some special sessions together. I love watching him grow ❤
