Little Gio here came up to my Shavertown PA studio all the way from Philadelphia for his newborn session! I always feel so blessed when families choose me to play a huge role in cataloguing this special time in their families lives into priceless images they can hold onto forever… When someone chooses me as their photographer AND does so knowing they need to spend hours and hours in the car, well that’s the best <3 I was fortunate enough to photographer his Mama’s absolutely stunning winter maternity session (check it out here!) as well. Meeting his parents was like meeting up with old high school friends and catching up for the evening.

When planning colors and sets for Giovanni’s session I asked Mama to model a little lifestyle set-up in studio for me. Not everyone feels comfortable bringing a photographer into their home, so going forward the bed set-up will be available for most of my sessions, possibly all once I get the layout of the studio set. Newborn & Maternity sessions own a large part, the majority of it rather, of my photographer heart. Something so miraculous in carrying, giving birth to, and nurturing your own little gift from above. Being able to be a part of watching and photographing such important moments… It makes me feel all the warm and fuzzy feels my friends! I offer a large variety of newborn session options from Fresh 48 (in hospital lifestyle sessions) to Lifestyle in home sessions, and of course the studio newborn sessions.
